Things that happen, things that exist, and things that are as they are

Curiosities and events, which are sometimes cannot enter the Argentine press and media landscape. Because of being too insignificant or because being too embarrassing for the governing Macrism regime.

The last Argentine tire factory has closed

The Mefro Wheels factory, part of a German company, located in the south of the city of Rosario closes.

The last Argentine tire factory has closed

Beginning January 2, 2017, the mother company, wanted to take production machines from the factory to abroad, in contraband plan, bypassing the workers (who were on the obligaded summer vacation).

At this moment, the closure of the plant in the south of Rosario has still been dismissed as unlikely, but workers were already on alert and began to guard the machinery to avoid extraction.

The idea behind emptying the factory was to avoid a possible resumption of production by workers (see there: Self-managed economy - recovered enterprises, self-managed cooperatives and social buying communities) because it would harm the import wishes of this same group Of German from its branches in China, Germany or France.

After six weeks, at the 170 workers nothing was left but to accept the mini-compensation that was the result of negotiations between the company and the Ministry of Labor.
The labor minister is the same guy which said, that he understands perfectly companies that like firing workers, and if someone wants to have work that he prays to San Cayetano.

Cerámicos San Lorenzo closes another plant - in total 260 dismissed

Pro Scrito

After having closed its factories in Villa Mercedes and San Luis in January, Cerámicos San Lorenzo now closes its ceramics-tile plant in Puerto Madryn. In total there are 260 people who lost their job.

Cerámicos San Lorenzo closes another plant - in total 260 dismissed

cred. radio3cadenapatagonia.com

Factory workers in Puerto Madryn were communicated informally at a hastily called that now the company will concentrate on the remaining two factories in Azul and San Juan, due to the low productivity of the Puerto Madryn plant.
Ceramics San Lorenzo Argentina was acquired in October 2016 by a Mexican company, the Lamosa Group, which logically has more interest in selling in Argentina than in producing in Argentina.

Selling companies abroad is indicativefor neoliberal times. The only question is, if the majority of the people are left without work and no income, how all the magnificent things and beautiful imported goods can be bought.

The textile factory Pampero of the Cardon Group closes.

The textile factory Pampero of the Cardon Group closes.

The textile factory Pampero of the Cardon Group closes.

After closing TN & Platex in Puerto Tirol last year, now the next textile factory, Pampero of the Cardon Group in Fontana is closing.
Both factories in the vast area of Resistencia, the capital of the province of Chaco in the north of Argentina).
37 families more, overnight, from one day to the orther, left without any income.
The 'textile crisis' as part of the national crisis was caused by the uncontrolled opening of the import market by the Macrism regime.
The fact, that uncontrolled import benefits the Argentinean oligarchy, with tax-exempt accounts in Panama and the Bahamas, and at the other hand hurts the Argentine industry, is recognized.
With daily closures of factories causing thousands and thousands of layoffs (sometimes without payments of legal assigned compensation and salaries) the impoverishment of the population of Argentina continues. But it seems to be program.

Once smuggled, always smuggled?

Once smuggled, always smuggled?

Once smuggled, always smuggled?

more photos (2 pics)

A few days ago the waves went high because of the inexplicable origin of several million US- $ of the state's No. 1 spy, Arribas, in a Swiss bank:
Arribas has been mentioned as a bribe recipient in relation to the Brazilian real estate giant Odebrecht.
The investigation on all that stalled a bit because the investigating judge died in a small plane crash. Shit happens.

Emergency declarations were searched:
Even the Super-Macrista, President Macri, stood in front of the cameras to explain that his friend Arribas does not have millions of US- $ in a Swiss bank.

All that didn't help much to diminish resentment, so a few days later it was Arribas himself, who denied what his friend said, the 20 times Offeshore-company-owner Macri:
Arribas said: the millions do exist, but they are not of Odebrecht origin, but are the result of the private sale of some furniture and paintings. How the millions arrived in Switzerland he daoesn't know.

But all this was all yesterday.
Change of scenery (or not):

The wife of the president plus their daughter extended their eternal vacations for a few more days in the Uruguayan resort of Punta del Este.

But moment had come to return home, so the presidential helicopter was sent with hurry on a private mission to Uruguay to bring back the poor woman and the child.

The outrage over private use of the state-owned helicopter was gigant:
The social networks stood in flames, people didn't get tired of showing photos of the boarding process (evidently taken by an envious or so).
All the photos with comments apllied, unfit to let the light of an Honorable and Righteous Son of the Fatherland shine on the president or someone of his clan.

So far so good. Or not.

Theme was that this wasn't all, the series of images started earlier:
It could be seen in the further photos that an official vehicle of the Swiss bank Julius Baer is approaching the helicopter.
Several bags to of type bag to carry money were unloaded from the car and loaded to the helicopter.

A rogue is, who is thinking in a bad way about all that.
President Macri's condemnation for smuggling (from/ to Uruguay) is already some years behind, and Swiss bank Julius Baer, safe haven for 18 million private US dollars of the president, parked his vehicle only by chance near the helicopter.

Neuquén textile production facility closed

Another triumph of neoliberalism: 35 mothers over night without work and without income.

While the workers were sent to summer holidays, the owners emptied the warehouse and production facilities in a clandestine plan.
This regime-supported actions of company owners unlikely contribute to the by the same regime expected and announced dollar-rain caused by foreign investors.
So far, for good reasons the investors seem to be little or not at all willing to invest even a cent in Argentina. Because this cent could already be gone tomorrow in the direction of some offshore account of any regime official ...
Within only one year, more than 30,000 companies closed due the neoliberal economic policy of the Macrism regime.
